On assembly workstations equipped with SETAGO® Pick by Light worker guidance, every employee can really perform the respective assembly task without errors. The worker assistance system guides the workers safely through the individual process steps using images, videos and sensors.

It is very easy to operate: the worker guidance system uses digital work instructions to show the employees which component they have to assemble next, where it can be removed and how the component is to be assembled. Correctly executed work sequences initiate the next process step. If the workers accidentally pick up the wrong material or use the wrong torque for tightening, this is signaled and the assembly process is stopped. A continuation is only possible after correction. This eliminates errors, ensures product quality and increases productivity.

At the same time, even new, inexperienced and even cognitively impaired employees, supported by SETAGO® Pick by Light, can complete complex orders reliably and productively with practically no training time.
